About the Role
- Assist the Coordinator in the day-to-day management of Before School, After School, and Vacation Care programs
- Help lead a team of educators to create a safe, fun, and engaging environment for school-aged children
- Contribute to programming and planning in alignment with the My Time, Our Place framework
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff
- Support compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations
About You
- Diploma in School Age Education and Care or Early Childhood Education
- Experience in an OSHC or similar school-aged care setting
- Sound understanding of the NQF and My Time, Our Place framework
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
- A positive, enthusiastic approach and a passion for working with children
