About the Role  

  • Assist the Coordinator in the day-to-day management of Before School, After School, and Vacation Care programs 
  • Help lead a team of educators to create a safe, fun, and engaging environment for school-aged children 
  • Contribute to programming and planning in alignment with the My Time, Our Place framework 
  • Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff 
  • Support compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations 

 

About You  

  • Diploma in School Age Education and Care or Early Childhood Education 
  • Experience in an OSHC or similar school-aged care setting 
  • Sound understanding of the NQF and My Time, Our Place framework 
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills 
  • A positive, enthusiastic approach and a passion for working with children
