Are you an experienced early childhood professional ready to step into a leadership role? We’re seeking an enthusiastic and organised Assistant Director who can support daily operations while mentoring educators and fostering a positive, high-quality learning environment.

  • Step into the Director’s role as needed and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning 

 

About You  

  • A Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education
  • Experience in a senior educator or leadership role in early childhood education 
  • Solid understanding of the NQF, EYLF, and current best practices 
  • Strong leadership, organisational, and interpersonal skills 
  • Passionate about fostering positive team culture and high-quality early learning
