- A Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)
- Previous experience as a Centre Director or in a leadership role within early childhood education
- Strong working knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
- Outstanding leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- A genuine passion for early learning and a commitment to providing high-quality care
