About the Role
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the kindergarten in line with relevant regulations and policies
- Lead and support a team of dedicated early childhood professionals
- Nurture strong relationships with families, staff, and the broader community
- Maintain high standards of curriculum and compliance under the NQF
- Champion a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
About You
- A Diploma or bachelor's degree in early childhood education (or equivalent)
- Experience in a leadership or director role within early childhood education
- Comprehensive understanding of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
- A deep commitment to high-quality early learning and community engagement
