This standalone, medium-sized centre located in Browns Plains is a well-established, high-quality service with strong occupancy and a solid reputation in the local community. With a focus on creating a warm, home-like environment, the centre is meeting all 7 Quality Areas and is led by a passionate and consistent team. Nature, relationships, and a sense of belonging are at the heart of everything they do.
The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced leader to take the reins of a thriving early learning service. You’ll be supported by a dedicated senior management team. Your leadership will help drive quality, culture, and connection across the centre community.

What You’ll Need
- Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved)
- Proven leadership experience as a Centre Director
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications
- Working with Children Check
