The Opportunity
We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Centre Director who thrives on building strong community connections and mentoring educators to deliver high-quality early learning programs. With dedicated support behind you, your focus will be on building occupancy, developing your team, and delivering excellence in early education.

What You’ll Bring
- Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved)
- Proven experience as a Centre Director
- Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities
- A passion for community involvement and team development
- Blue Card, First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates
