With a strong reputation, a highly experienced Operations Manager, and an already stable team onsite, you’ll be stepping into a role where you can truly lead, inspire and make an impact.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading and inspiring your team to deliver high-quality practice and exceptional relationships with children and families
- Overseeing daily operations, compliance, and continuous improvement
- Driving a positive team culture built on support, accountability, and shared expectations
- Supporting educators through coaching, development and reflective practice
- Building strong relationships with families and the wider community
- Working closely with the senior management team to ensure smooth operations
What We’re Looking For
- Experienced Centre Director with at least two years of leadership experience
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-recognised equivalent)
- Confident, warm leadership style with the ability to set boundaries and support your team
- Strong communication, relationship-building and problem-solving skills
- Current Blue Card, First Aid/CPR/Anaphylaxis, Child Protection training
