  • Develop and implement engaging, age-appropriate programs aligned with the EYLF 
  • Foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment for children and families 
  • Collaborate with a team of dedicated educators and contribute to a positive team culture 
  • Observe, document, and assess children's learning and development 
  • Build meaningful connections with families and support each child’s journey 

 

About You  

  • Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent) 
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills 
  • A commitment to fostering a love of learning and respectful relationships with children
