About the Role
- Develop and implement engaging, age-appropriate programs aligned with the EYLF
- Foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment for children and families
- Collaborate with a team of dedicated educators and contribute to a positive team culture
- Observe, document, and assess children's learning and development
- Build meaningful connections with families and support each child’s journey
About You
- Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
- A commitment to fostering a love of learning and respectful relationships with children
