About the Role
- Seeking a highly experienced ECT with a minimum of two years in the industry
- Full-time, passionate Early Childhood Teacher position
- Ability to build strong connections with children and families
- Work collaboratively with other ECT, educators, and lunch cover staff in a well-resourced environment

- Implement a child-led, play-based program focused on school readiness, nurturing curiosity and relationships

About You:
- Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or ACECQA-approved equivalent
- Have a current Blue Card
- Passionate about building strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and fellow educators
- Experience working as an ECT
