About the Role
- Seeking a highly experienced ECT with a minimum of two years in the industry
- Ability to build strong connections with children and families
- Work collaboratively with other ECT and educators
- Implement a child-led, play-based program focused on school readiness, nurturing curiosity, and relationships

About You:
- Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (ACECQA-approved equivalent)
- Have a current Blue Card
