About The Centre:
This medium-sized, standalone childcare centre in the Inner Suburbs of Brisbane is set in a charming heritage-listed building. The centre provides a nurturing and homely environment for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years, with expansive outdoor play areas that encourage curiosity and creativity. The centre is committed to providing high-quality education and care, fostering strong relationships with families and the community.
The Role
As our Educational Leader, you will:
- Lead the development and implementation of educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Framework (NQF).
- Mentor and support educators to enhance their professional practice.
- Collaborate with families and the community to support children's learning and development.
- Ensure compliance with national regulations and contribute to our Quality Improvement Plan (QIP).

About You:
- A Diploma of Early Childhood that is recognised by ACECQA.
- Strong knowledge of the EYLF & NQS
- Blue Card, First Aid, and CPR
