- Plan and deliver a vibrant, play-based curriculum aligned with the EYLF, creating a safe, nurturing environment where children feel supported and inspired.
- Ensure compliance with the NQS and regulatory standards.
- Work closely with the Centre Director to ensure staff and families feel supported and valued
- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
- A current Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis training
- A passion for fostering curiosity, creativity, and a love for learning in children
