Lead Educator | New Centre

About the Role  

  • Lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of a high-quality educational program 
  • Create a warm, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment 
  • Collaborate with families and team members to support each child’s individual development 
  • Model best practice and support the professional growth of fellow educators 
  • Maintain compliance with the NQF, EYLF, and centre policies 

   

About You  

  • A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent) 
  • Experience in a Lead Educator or senior educator role 
  • Strong knowledge of the EYLF, NQF, and developmentally appropriate practice 
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills 
  • Passionate about fostering a love of learning and building strong relationships with children and families
