About the Role
- Lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of a high-quality educational program
- Create a warm, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
- Collaborate with families and team members to support each child’s individual development
- Model best practice and support the professional growth of fellow educators
- Maintain compliance with the NQF, EYLF, and centre policies
About You
- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
- Experience in a Lead Educator or senior educator role
- Strong knowledge of the EYLF, NQF, and developmentally appropriate practice
- Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills
- Passionate about fostering a love of learning and building strong relationships with children and families
