- Mentor and support a team of educators, fostering professional growth and teamwork through regular feedback and collaboration.
- Design and implement a play-based curriculum that is responsive to children’s needs and aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
- Build and maintain strong, authentic relationships with families, creating an inclusive and welcoming environment for everyone.
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent).
- Experience as an educator in an early learning environment, with a demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team.
- A thorough understanding of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
- Current Working with Children Check and First Aid certificates.
