The Centre

This early learning centre offers a warm, nurturing environment designed to support the developmental needs of young children. Situated in the vibrant South Brisbane area, it provides a safe and engaging space where children can explore, learn, and grow. The centre emphasises a play-based curriculum that fosters creativity, social skills, and early literacy and numeracy skills. With a dedicated team of qualified educators, it aims to create a community-focused atmosphere that encourages parent involvement and supports each child's individual learning journey. The facility is well-equipped with modern resources.


The Opportunity

We’re looking for a dedicated Lead Educator to join our team for the toddler rooms. You’ll work with two other educators, with 16 children in the room and focus on building strong connections with children across the centre. You'll be given planning time each week, as well as have the support of an on-the-floor educational leader.

Requirements:

  • Diploma of early childhood education and care
  • Experience working as a Lead Educator
  • First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificate
  • Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
