- As Lead Educator / 2IC, you will:
- Deliver a high-quality, play-based program (EYLF/QKLG aligned) in your room
- Build trusting relationships with children, families, and educators
- Mentor and support your colleagues to deliver best practice
- Step up as the Responsible Person when required and assist with centre operations
- Support the Director with rostering, enrolments, compliance, and family communication
- Enjoy designated non-contact time for 2IC responsibilities

What you will need:- Diploma in Early Childhood Education
- Solid knowledge of EYLF, QKLG, NQF, and current sector practices
- Warm, collaborative approach with strong communication skills
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications
