About the Role
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Before School, After School, and Vacation Care programs
- Design and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities that promote learning through play
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and frameworks
- Lead and mentor a team of educators to deliver high-quality care
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and the broader school community
About You
- Diploma in School Age Education and Care or Early Childhood, or equivalent
- Previous experience in a leadership role within OSHC or a similar setting
- Strong understanding of the My Time Our Place framework and NQF
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
- A passion for working with school-aged children in a supportive and creative environment
